Randy began his appraisal career in September 2007, shortly after graduating from West Virginia University where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Multi-disciplinary Studies.  Randy has gained extensive experience in Machinery and Equipment, Commercial, Residential, Special Purpose, Condemnation and Eminent Domain appraisals.  He currently holds Certified General Appraiser Certificates for the States of West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  In July 2021, Randy opened his own appraisal company, Neal Appraisal Services.
